Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Shipping

All GAXCO orders are processed and shipped from Puerto Rico via USPS. We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the continental United States.

Orders require up to 7 business days for processing. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Puerto Rico: 3–5 business days

• U.S. Mainland: 5–7 business days

We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders exceeding 50 lbs. may be subject to an additional shipping fee. If applicable, we will contact the customer before shipping.

We ship to PO Boxes.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact GAXCO so we can assist with the appropriate carrier claim. Once the claim is verified, GAXCO will provide a replacement at no additional cost, when applicable.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made or reserved specifically for the customer and are not immediately available for shipment. The estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that production or shipping dates may change due to production, material availability, or circumstances beyond GAXCO's control.

Pre-order items may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except when otherwise required by applicable law.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, GAXCO may ship the available items separately or hold the entire order until the pre-order item is ready.

By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees to these terms and understands that pre-order timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
