Return & Exchange Policy

At GAXCO, we accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, free of stains or damage, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All requests must be submitted by email.

Sale, clearance, customized, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

GAXCO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
